Alt-R™ CRISPR-Cas9 System– All of the reagents needed for successful genome editing, including tracrRNA with a fluorescent label for convenient imaging and FACS sorting of transfected cell.
Powered by S.p. Cas9 Nuclease 3NLS, proprietary chemical modifications are included that protect the RNA from degradation by cellular RNases and further improve on-target editing performance.
Alt-R™ CRISPR-Cpf1 System – If you need additional target sites or are targeting AT-rich regions, use the Acidaminococcus sp. BV3LC CRISPR-Cpf1 system in electroporation experiments. Protospacer adjacent motif (PAM) = TTTN.
Alt-R™ Genome Editing Detection Kit– If you want to estimate editing efficiency or detect on-target editing in your CRISPR experiments, we recommend using the Alt-R Genome Editing Detection Kit, a T7 endonuclease I–based assay. This kit is ideal for directly analyzing PCR products (i.e., no clean-up step required) to detect multiple-base insertions and deletions.
